Q1. What type of products do you sell?
👉 We sell digital textile print designs in high-resolution, ready-to-print formats. No physical products are shipped.
 

Q2. How will I receive my designs after purchase?
👉 Once your payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive a download link or email delivery with your design files. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
 

Q3. Which format are the files provided in?
👉 Our designs are delivered in high-quality JPG/PNG/TIFF formats, suitable for fabric printing and digital use. File type may vary depending on the product.
 

Q4. Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
👉 Yes ✅ You can use the designs for fabric printing, garment production, and commercial end-products.
❌ You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves.
 

Q5. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
👉 Since these are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
