Returns & Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery

  • Instant access: Right after payment, your download link appears on the Order Confirmation page and is emailed within 1–5 minutes to your registered address.

  • No physical shipping: We deliver digital files only (e.g., JPG/TIFF/ZIP). No courier or parcel is sent.

  • Find it later: You can re-download anytime from My Account → Orders.

  • Didn’t get the email? Check Spam/Promotions. If it hasn’t arrived in 15 minutes, contact us.

  • Large files tip: Use a stable internet connection; unzip the ZIP before viewing/printing.

  • Custom/made-to-order files: If your product requires customization, final files arrive by email within 24–72 working hours.

  • Invoices & taxes: A GST-compliant invoice is emailed after successful payment.

  • Access window: We keep your purchases accessible for at least 12 months. Need help after that? Just email us.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the fair-use cases below:
Eligible for refund/replacement if:

  1. You were charged twice or placed a duplicate order.

  2. The wrong file/design code was delivered.

  3. The file is corrupted/unopenable and we cannot resolve it with a replacement.

  4. A technical failure on our side occurred (payment captured but link not provided).

Not eligible if:

  • You had a change of mind, chose the wrong item, or there are minor color/scale differences (due to device/printing variations).

  • The file has already been downloaded/used/redistributed.

  • It’s a custom order that has been finalized/approved.

How to request (within 7 days of purchase):

  • Email: support@tanzitex.in

  • Subject: Refund/Replacement – Order #_____

  • Include: Order ID, product/design code, a brief description of the issue, and screenshots if possible.

  • Response time: 24–48 working hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks: Please email us first—we’ll resolve issues promptly.
Usage reminder: Files are for permitted personal/commercial print use as per the product page license. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
